ORIGINAL CREAM PUFFS REV UP MILWAUKEE INDYFEST

Sweeten your Father's Day weekend with a traditional Milwaukee Cream Puff

Milwaukee IndyFest is excited to announce that the famous Original Cream Puffs will be sold at the IZOD IndyCar Series race at the Milwaukee Mile, June 14-15. The Original Cream Puffs appearance at Milwaukee IndyFest will be an unprecedented event this Father's Day weekend to celebrate the 110th Anniversary of the one-mile oval.


Traditionally, the Original Cream Puffs have only been available during the 11-day run of the famed Wisconsin State Fair. Cream Puff 6-Packs will be $10 and 3-Packs will be $5 at all locations. This is over 40 percent off the price of during the State Fair. The Original Cream Puffs will also be served in Andretti Autosport hospitality and the Marcus Club, located in the heart of the IndyCar paddock.

THE MILWAUKEE INDYFEST CREW PIT STOP CHALLENGE

IZOD IndyCar Series teams go head-to-head in the crew pit stop challenge at IndyFest


Milwaukee is putting the "fest" back in IndyFest this year at the historic Milwaukee Mile at the Wisconsin State Fair Park with The Crew Pit Stop Challenge. IZOD IndyCar Series teams will send their two best pit crew members to go head-to-head in a pit stop showdown Friday evening, June 14 from 7-8 p.m. The Pit Stop Challenge will take place inside Turn 3 in the Coors Light Music & Beer Garden.

The competition will comprise of two two-person teams for each IndyCar crew participating. IndyCar teams will face-off to change two tires against opposing teams and battle for the top seed. The winning team will continue to the next round and battle to secure the coveted Milwaukee IndyFest Crew Pit Stop Challenge Champion title.

Every team that participates will receive a complimentary beer and brat courtesy of Coors Lights and Milwaukee IndyFest. The Pit Stop Competition area will be open to the public all day Friday and Saturday in the Coors Light Music & Beer Garden. Fans can form teams of two participants for $20. All proceeds will go to the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and Racing for Kids, the official charity for Milwaukee IndyFest.

The IZOD IndyCar Series race will begin at 3:00 p.m. CT and 4:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 15. The weekend festival will feature local music acts, carnival rides, fan-friendly displays and activities for all ages, in addition to exciting race action from the IZOD IndyCar Series, Firestone Indy Lights and Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires.

Father's Day Weekend Infield Activities Unveiled

Milwaukee IndyFest will feature two days of exciting race action from the IZOD IndyCar Series, Firestone Indy Lights and Pro Mazda Championship presented by Cooper Tires cars Friday, June 14, and Saturday, June 15, at the Milwaukee Mile. Fans will also have the opportunity to watch Firestone Indy Lights and Pro Mazda Championship test for free on Thursday as an added bonus to this year's IndyFest. In addition to the racing, IndyFest will also include a long list of activities and attractions throughout the two-day festival.

"We're really excited about this year's Milwaukee IndyFest. As we've seen in the first four events, IndyCar racing has been incredibly exciting," said Kevin Healy, managing director of Andretti Sports Marketing. "The Milwaukee Mile always provides great racing for fans and the infield festival this year will take entertainment to a whole new level."

The Milwaukee IndyFest infield will be packed with activities for race fans, families and festival-goers. There will be a number of unique sections inside the confines of the historic one-mile oval to rev up race fans all weekend long, including: The Coors Light Music & Beer Garden, Family Fun Zone, Vintage Car Corral and the IZOD IndyCar Fan Village.

Milwaukee IndyFest Lowers Junior Ticket Prices

Junior admission tickets are now offered at an affordable family-friendly rate

Andretti Sports Marketing is pleased to announce that single day junior admission ticket prices have been lowered to family-friendly prices for the 2013 Milwaukee IndyFest, taking place June 14 and 15, at the Wisconsin State Fair Park. Junior tickets have been lowered from $18 to $5 for children 12 years and younger.

The Milwaukee IndyFest, promoted by Andretti Sports Marketing, a company led by IndyCar team owner Michael Andretti, is one of 19 races that comprise the 2013 IZOD IndyCar Series schedule. The Milwaukee IndyFest will take place Father's Day weekend, Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15 on the historic Milwaukee Mile oval at the Wisconsin State Fair Park. The Milwaukee Mile will celebrate its 110th anniversary of racing in 2013.

MIlwaukee IndyFest to Return in 2013!

Michael Andretti, President and CEO of Andretti Sports Marketing, announced Saturday the Milwaukee IndyFest will return to the Milwaukee Mile in 2013. Andretti also announced that tickets for the 2013 race will go on sale Sunday. Milwaukee IndyFest is scheduled for Father's Day weekend, Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15, 2013. Andretti made the announcement prior to giving the command to start engines for Saturday's inaugural IZOD IndyCar Series Milwaukee IndyFest race.

Reserved ticket holders for today's IndyFest race may renew their seats before July 16. They can do so at the official event website at: http://www.MilwaukeeIndyFest.com. Tickets will also be available Monday at the Wisconsin State Fair box office, and by phone at 414-266-7100. (Box office hours: 9 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday.) General admission tickets are also available.

Andretti Sports Marketing assumed promotion of the event in February, when the Milwaukee Mile was in danger of being removed from the IZOD IndyCar schedule.
