I am excited to hear that Milwaukee IndyFest is returning to the Milwaukee Mile. Now... if we could only figure out how to get NASCAR back!

The Mile is like a historic land mark. If the Mile goes there won't be any place left to go and see racing and other events. Please don't let something with so much history disappear!!

We have screwed around with this long enough. Find
someone with experience and morals to run the racing portion of the track. A promotor with more
interest in putting together a great racing season
for people that have supported this facility for
many many years..

Do not destroy the track keep it going with nascar and the Indy cars. When we moved here they always had something going on . We need to reserve the mile and keep it going .

Keep open wheel racing alive at the Mile. Hope to see NASCAR return, too, in the future.

Spent all that money in adding grandstands and fixing up the place just to destroy it.. how stupid.. Bring weekend races and nascar back. Track has too much history to demolish. Don't make it were no one has anything to do like the city already is doing, Keeps kids out of trouble and it's a family tradition to a lot of familys out there. Brings the city more money too due to tourism. Get someone who knows what there doing just like andretti is doing and promote more.

One of the most memorable moments of my life was watching A.J. Foyt get out of his car and try working on it himself. His DNF made me the mechanic and racer i am today.

My first race at The Mile was in 1956, IndyCars. After that my brother and I bought season tickets for all the races at The Mile. I have been to Chicagoland, Trenton, Charlotte, Daytona. But, The Milwaukee Mile is still the best track ever.

The Mile is a storybook venue for Indycar. A series looking for great storylines can't lose the oldest track in America.

Save this great historic living landmark. Indycar racing needs to be here year after year.

The Mile is a great event, and a must on the Indycar schedule. You said yourselves the crowd is improving, just imagine what could happen if the race weekend had good weather and no threat of rain, because that is what hurt the chances of a descent walk-up crowd.

I am proud to have this racetrack in my backyard, and I wish more people who are motorsports enthusiasts would support this track by attending the events there. I am disappointed that NASCAR isn't returning and is now going to Road America instead. I'd argue there is enough passion for motorsports here in Wisconsin and the Midwest, and both tracks could support NASCAR races. I sincerely appreciate Michael Andretti for promoting the IndyFest. It's a great time at a historic venue. Well done!

I grew up going to Indy Car races at the Mile and my father, Landy Scott, drove his Studebaker powered #17 "Welch Special" at the Mile in the 1940's and 50's. Please save this historic track for generations to come. The loss of Ascot Speedway in So Cal was a great loss, but it wouldn't compare to the losing the Great Milwaukee Mile.

The Milwaukee Mile without an Indy car race? No stock cars at State Fair Park? Say it ain't so! We can save the Mile. Keep racing in Wisconsin. I swear by the ghost of Rex Mays, that we shall not fail. Fellow Cheeseheads unite! Don't let us down legistrators, save the Mile!!!
