Had been going to the Milwaukee Mile for 55+ years, more worth saving than a new Milwaukee Bucks arena, lets get our priorities right

My family loves being a part of and watching racing at the mile. It's history and tradition running along side of action and great racing. Would be a shame to let it fade out.

In all fairness, guys, this is not the forum to take cheap shots at the Fair board. I have seen great success with other county owned fairgrounds speedways, when the fair board simply leases the operation to an outside party. I don't know how much consideration this has been given, Obviously Mr. Andretti has taken a shot at the Mile in some fashion to keep Indy cars coming, but who can jump into this role other than a Menard, Penske, Andretti...?
He's out there, so please Fair Board, hold on until we find him. The tradition, the history, the ability to utilize this awesome facility is something we don't want to lose. To a kid from Wisconsin (the Midwest) making laps at Milwaukee is as close as we may get to Indy or Daytona. Sure was the highlight of my racing career.

Please keep the Milwaukee Mile operating.

Raced at the mile with USAC in the 70's and hope to with IMCA Vintage. Keep the landmark, history, tradition, excitement.

this track needs to be saved

It's time for the Fair Park Board to realize that they know absolutely NOTHING about racing!!! With proper promotion and multiple events (large and small) The Mile can be a huge asset for the next 110 years. Find someone who can run this track!!! It's not you Fair Park Board.

The ARCA summer special that brought Matt Kenseth, his son, and other recognized fan favorites to the Mile must continue in some form. The Mile needs two or more large events every year.

I hope the Miles future is no longer in doubt after several consecutive years of successful IndyCar events!

Why is the oldest race track in the world not a Wisconsin nor a national landmark?

I have been going to the Mile for over 20 years! and work 5 minutes away now - it is a great facility!! I wish more people appreciated it and valued that it is there!I I LOVE the mile and have had many great times there! And we have met so many great drivers and celebrities over the years! Please Save the Mile!!!

Even though I never been to the track to watch a race, I've always enjoyed watching the races there and learning about all of the history about the track and the legends that drove on it.

So many amazing experiences attending races here. Always loved going to either Indy or NASCAR races here, save the mile!

I have been going to the Nascar and Indy races since before I even knew what the heck Nascar and Indy really was. I loved going to the races every year and I looked forward to it. I dont want to see the Mile go. Its my home town track and I love that it is still here. Bring something here besides just Indy car. Its worth a few ARCA, USAC, ASA races. Its the Legendary Mile.

Seems like a Midwest, like ARCA, CRA, ASA, or similar tour should want to race the mile. Maybe not as big as NASCAR, but something to keep the track alive

I have been to the milwaukee mile a few times and I have always enjoyed going. I want to be able to take my kids to go see a few races when they are older.

The Milwaukee Mile is an iconic venue that must be preserved. It would be great to see the event schedule for the track expanded.

I went to my first race at the Mile in 1968 and have been back whenever I can. It is a piece of American racing history and just as important a facility as Indy.

The legendary mile needs to be saved!!! As a huge fan of racing, ive been attending since the early 90's.

One of the best tracks to watch an indy car race! But move the race back to early June!

Please save this cultural landmark!
