The Milwaukee Mile is a very important part of Wisconsin History.
This mile track could be a money maker with financial support from the state to kick start and some top notch promoters to bring weekend racing to Milwaukee. Seems the problem is just one race now and then does not build a big enough draw.
If scheduled races were held each or at least every other weekend by Wisconsin asphalt racers and adjoining states . This could be a big draw making money for Milwaukee businesses and for sure a gold mine for the sport. Any reason we cant get together some promoters and a grant or loan from the state to kick this track back into gear not only saving it but giving us fans what we want ? Local tracks could have some participation and profit shares for championship races etc. Could they not ?

It's an awesome place and has history worth saving.

I've been going to the mile since I was a toddler, it's a tradition I don't want to lose

Common WALKER!!! Put some folks in charge that actually care about the Beauty Suspense and all out Adrenaline Rush of Motorsports.Lets take care of our History and have a place to make some more.

I Love this track and everything about it and its history. I saw my favorite driver Paul Menard win his first race in 2006. if they don't want to host Nascar or Indy they should have the super late models from slinger race there once break up the scenery and have at least an arca midwest stop still. We cant lose this track

LOVED this track when it hosted IndyCar races. It is so important that we bring the Indy race back there. Rich history that dates back before IMS was built. I would in the future like to just have the opportunity to attend the race.

Sad that with all the multi-millionaires in racing combined can't put together a corporate group to not only save but operate this historic shrine. My dad used to take me to the Rex Mays and Tony Bettenhausen races every year! Great, great memories in that grandstand.

Watched as a child dreaming of seeing race live . So as a adult I drove 12 hours to attend this indycar race in 2005, The mile and road America are the two best tracks . Racing is about the tracks!!! Drivers retire please do not let tracks with history Retire !!! Thank you

I spent my youth attending Indy car races at Milwaukee Fair Park with my dad and brother. The "Mile" is an important part of Milwaukee history and should be preserved for future generations.

The last ever oval Champ Car race was held at the Mile. It is also one of the most exiting races on the calendar. This track should be saved by someone. Given how much IndyCar has gained from this circuit, why is IndyCar not trying to save its history.

Oldest track in the World!! Please keep the Milwaukee Mile for future generations. We have many great memories.

The track is a good venue for racing. Let's keep this racing cultural in Wisconsin alive.
