Milwaukee IndyFest has announced two great musical acts that will entertain fans in the Coors Light Music and Beer Garden this year at the ABC Supply Co. Inc. Wisconsin 250 at Milwaukee IndyFest Presented by the Metro Milwaukee Honda Dealers. Katie Mack & The Moan will charm listeners with classic rock favorites from the Coors Light Stage, while DJ Flux will match the high-speed energy of the on-track action with his own lively beats and mixes.
Katie Mack & The Moan is a four-piece classic rock outfit from Milwaukee. Led by Katie Mack—a veteran in the Milwaukee live music scene who grew up cutting her teeth listening to CCR, Led Zeppelin, and The Rolling Stones on vinyl—the band has been delighting Wisconsin concert-goers for years. The Moan is a select group of Milwaukee Rock ‘n Rollers. Brandon “Brando” Tushkowski on the guitar brings a heavy dose of blues and classic tone, while Glen “Porkchop” Clouse is quite possibly the funkiest bassist in southeastern Wisconsin. Sean Feather brings years of hair band Rock ‘n Roll and the experience of living on the Sunset Strip to round out the band on drums. They have been playing together for the better part of a decade.
Flux is not your average DJ for not your average party! The Menomonee Falls entertainer brings a full video and light performance production to the stage by mixing the hottest dance videos on three large monitors with his own set of grooving beats. The Summerfest performer will be providing music during Saturday night’s Pit Stop Challenge in the Coors Light Music and Beer Garden, adding energy to the exciting competition and helping IndyFest fans party into the beautiful summer evening.
