ARCA FEST PRESENTS MONSTER TRUCK SUMMER NATIONALS & THRILL SHOW

For the first time ever at ARCA Fest, Monster Trucks will be doing giant power wheelies, donuts, crushing a pyramid of cars, and a tailgate ripping wheelie contest just like you see on TV. Team FMX Free Style Moto-Cross will add some high-flying action to the event creating an unforgettable thrill show for the whole family.

"The Monster Truck Summer Nationals will add a lot to ARCA Fest weekend, providing fun and entertainment for the entire family. While they are there, they will get to see a wide variety of events for one low price and that is what this is all about," said Steve Einhaus, ARCAMT VP.

Some of the biggest and baddest Monster Trucks in the country, including the likes of "Git 'er Done" and "Robo Machine" with many more big names to come, will be a part of this huge thrill show.

Not only will fans get to see all the action directly on the front stretch of the Milwaukee Mile, but they can meet the drivers and get a close-up of the Monster Trucks during the Pre-Show Meet & Greet.

The Monster Truck Summer Nationals & Thrill Show are a part of the biggest ARCA Fest Weekend planned to date.

"When we made the decision to move ARCA Fest to a weekend, we were very clear that we had to take this event to the next level of entertainment. We are trying to reach out to a wide demographic and offer a great amount of options for fans to enjoy the weekend. There will be a lot going on over the three day period and we are offering some of the best entertainment in the Midwest for a very affordable cost to families," said Einhaus.

Fans can kick off their weekend on Friday with free admission to open practice of all racing divisions. Budweiser Pole Night followed by a Pole Qualifying Party at the Bud Pavilion, including the musical entertainment of the band The Cheap Shots is also open to the public.

General Admission tickets for Saturday include admission to all of the days events which include qualifying and racing for several racing divisions, a Hot Rod Show & Shine (more details to come), special guest appearance featuring Horny Mike and Roli from the hit series "Counting Cars," and much more.

All of the weekend's excitement leads up to Sunday afternoon's crown jewel headliner event, the ARCA Midwest Tour Swiss Colony Howie Lettow 150 presented by RaceTeamGear.com. Sunday's tickets are reserved and the day will also include preliminary qualifying events, and an added bonus of the CRA Jegs All Stars 100.

The ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards has crowned 30 ARCA national champions in 60 seasons since 1953, and has toured over 200 race tracks in 26 states since its inception. The series has tested the abilities of drivers and race teams over the most diverse schedule of stock car racing events in the world, visiting tracks ranging from 0.375 mile to 2.66 miles in length, on both paved and dirt surfaces as well as a left- and right-turn road course in its most recent season.

Founded by John and Mildred Marcum in 1953 in Toledo, Ohio, the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) is recognized among the leading sanctioning bodies in the country. Closing in on completing its sixth decade after hundreds of thousands of miles of racing, ARCA administers over 100 race events each season in four professional touring series and local weekly events.
